Welcome
to my website! My
name is Patrick M. McSweeney and I am a retired
Navy Damage Control Chief with 26.5 years of service spanning
1967 through 1993 - a veteran of Vietnam, Bosnia and the First Gulf War.
In April 1967, I went into the Navy cache program as an HSFR.
As a Venezuelan of American parents, I held duel citizenship and I had to chose between Venezuela and America before I could go into the U.S. Navy. As a child, I spent some time in Venezuela and in upstate New York. I then went out west to California where I went into the Navy. While spending 26.5 years in the service and going from E-1 to E-7, I had the opportunity to see how some Senior Petty Officers, Chiefs and Officers handle people they were required to teach and look after. Unfortunately, many E-4's to E-6's and E-7's to E-9's forgot where they came from and that there is NO I in TEAM! True Chiefs and Petty Officers know that you must look after your people! Without your troops, you are on your own. Keeping you Officers in the loop helps you more than you know. I believe 100% in - We take care of our own! Because, no one else will. No one should be left behind, so my graphics producer and I have committed $3.00 from each poster that is sold, and 15% from each post card that is sold to be collected and donated to Military Families in distress with wounded soldiers. All of my drawings are hand-designed by me and produced in Central Illinois (Bloomington and Chenoa). My productions have been given approval by many active duty National Guard and reserve Military personnel, who suggested ways in which my drawings could gain even more heart with a caricature all their own. I would like to thank the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Recruiters in Bloomington, along with the Reserve Centers and the Air Guard Center in Bartonville, IL, for their assistance in putting life into my creations. Thanks
for visiting my website. Feel free to browse the many works of unique
art contained within and contact me for any orders and/or questions you
may have. Also, for a small deposit, you can have your very own custom-made
poster. Remember, a portion of all sales is sent to our Military families
in distress and to our wounded soldiers. Thanks from my heart, Chief Mac
